Thai-Style Peanut Noodles

Thai-Style Peanut Noodles

Ingredients:

  • 1  pouch Skinny Pasta Fettuccine, drained and rinsed
  • 1  tablespoon PB2 prepared according to package directions
  • 1  teaspoon honey
  • 2  teaspoons soy sauce
  • Sriracha sauce to taste

Instructions:

  1. Drain Skinny Pasta Fettuccine in colander, rinse well and place on a dry, clean kitchen towel. Fold towel over noodles and press to remove any water and moisture from noodles.
  2. While noodles are drying, spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray, heat pan over medium heat, and once hot, add noodles to pan. Use tongs, to spread and separate noodles. Cook until noodles are dry, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. While noodles are cooking, mix PB2, honey, soy sauce and Sriracha in a small bowl, and mix. Pour sauce over cooked noodles and heat for another 30 seconds. Turn off heat and pour into a bowl.

Tips:

Add any of your favorite vegetables and/or protein for a more complete meal.
